Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within the applicable withdrawal period and handled with reasonable care.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
Where applicable, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned order, including standard delivery costs where required by law.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
