These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of photographic prints and other products offered through IffyPhoto.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

IffyPhoto offers photographic prints created from original photographs.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and display calibration.

Minor variations in colour, tone, cropping or finish may occur during the printing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Unless otherwise stated, frames and other decorative items shown in product images are not included.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in EURO.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may be updated from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Production and Shipping

Some photographic prints may be produced after an order has been placed.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, printing process, destination and current order volume.

Any estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, designs and other content displayed on IffyPhoto are the intellectual property of Christopher Fieffer, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a photographic print does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights to the customer.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or otherwise commercially use any photograph or other content from this website without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will become effective when published on this page. The Terms and Conditions applicable to an order will generally be those available at the time the order was placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
